سياسة وشروط التطبيق: للاستمتاع باستخدام تطبيق قلم نرجو من الجميع أتباع السياسة والشروط المذكوره أدناه:
- من صلاحياتنا أستبعاد المستخدمين نيابة عن الشركات أو الأفراد بسبب دعوى قضائية أو العلامة التجارية على أسماء المستخدمين تلك. قد يتم توقيف الحسابات التي تستخدم أسماء الأعمال و/أو الشعارات لتضليل الآخرين توقيفًا دائمًا.
- سنقوم بالاستجابة للإشعارات الواضحة والمكتملة المتعلقة بالتعدي المزعوم على حقوق النشر.
- غير مسموح لك استخدام وسائط إباحية أو عنيفة للغاية سواء كانت صورة لملفك الشخصي أو صورة رأس صفحة أو صورة خلفية. يمكن أن يسمح قلم ببعض أشكال المحتوى الرسومي في المقال ذات علامة وسائط حساسة. عندما يتجاوز المحتوى الحد المسموح به ليصبح عبارة عن صور للموت غير مبررة، فقد يطلب قلم منك إزالة المحتوى احترامًا لحرمة المتوفى.
- غير مسموح لك استخدام الخدمة التي نقدمها لأي أغراض غير قانونية أو لتعزيز أي أنشطة غير قانونية. يوافق المستخدمون على مستوى العالم على الامتثال لجميع القوانين المحلية فيما يتعلق بالسلوك عبر الإنترنت والمحتوى المقبول.
- يمنع على أي مستخدم سوء إستخدام او أستغلال علامات توثيق، ترويج وكل ماهو حصر على قلم إلا إذا تم تقديمها رسميا. قد يتم توقيف الحسابات التي تستخدم هذه كجزء من صور الملف الشخصي أو صور رأس الصفحة أو صور الخلفية أو بأي شكل يتضمن ربطًا مزيفًا مع قلم.
- ممنوع نشر التهديدات العنيفة أو الترويج للعنف، بما في ذلك التهديد بالإرهاب أوالترويج له.
- ممنوع التحريض أوالتورط في إساءة استغلال أو مضايقة الآخرين.
- ممنوع الترويج للعنف ضد الأشخاص الآخرين أو مهاجمتهم مباشرة أو تهديهم على أساس العِرق، أو العرقية، أو الأصل القومي، أو الدين، أو التوجّه الجنسي، أو النوع، أو الهوية الجنسية، أو الانتماء الديني، أو السن، أو الإعاقة أو المرض. كما لا نسمح أيضًا بالحسابات التي هدفها الأساسي هو التحريض على الإيذاء تجاه الآخرين على أساس الفئات المذكورة.
- ممنوع إنشاء حسابات متعددة باستخدامات متداخلة أو للتهرب من الإيقاف الدائم أو المؤقت لحساب منفصل.
- ممنوع لك نشر أو إرسال معلومات سرية ومعلومات خاصة لأشخاص آخرين، مثل أرقام بطاقة الائتمان أو عنوان الشارع أو أرقام الضمان الاجتماعي/بطاقة الهوية بدون إذن وترخيص صريحين منهم. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، لا يجوز نشر لقطات فيديو أو صور حميمية تم التقاطها أو توزيعها بدون موافقة صاحبها.
- ممنوع أن تنتحل شخصيات الآخرين من خلال قلم بطريقة تضلل الآخرين، أو تربكهم، أو تخدعهم، أو بطريقة يقصد منها ذلك.
- ربما تجد شخصًا ما يفكر في الانتحار أو إيذاء نفسه على قلم. عندما نستلم بلاغات بأن هناك شخصًا يهدد بالانتحار أو إيذاء نفسه، فقد نتخذ عددًا من الخطوات لمساعدته، كالوصول إلى هذا الشخص والتعبير عن مخاوفنا ومخاوف المستخدمين الآخرين على قلم أو توفير الموارد كمعلومات جهات الاتصال لشركاء الصحة العقلية.
- ممنوع لك التورط في انتحال اسم مستخدم. قد تتم كذلك إزالة الحسابات غير المفعّلة لأكثر من ستة أشهر بدون أي إشعارات إضافية.
- ممنوع بيع أسماء مستخدمي قلم، أو شرائها.
- ممنوع لك نشر محتوى ضار أو الارتباط به بقصد الإضرار بمستعرض شخص آخر أو جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص به أو تعطيله أو لتعريض خصوصية الشخص للخطر.
- ممنوع لك استخدام قلم بهدف إرسال الرسائل المزعجة لأي شخص. سوف يتغير ما يدخل ضمن "الرسائل المزعجة" لأننا نواصل التعامل مع خدع وأساليب جديدة للمتطفلين.
الاشتراكات وخطط الارتقاء غير قابلة للإلغاء وغير قابلة للإعادة. وقد تغير تفضيلك لطريقة التجديدة اليدوية أو التلقائية من خلال الإعدادات في حسابك في قلم ، ولكن لا توجد إسترجاع رصيد/مبالغ على أي اشتراك للفترة المتبقية من مدة الإشتراك.
أسعار الإشتراكات قابلة للتغير في أي وقت. ويبدأ التسعير الجديد بعد تجديد اشتراككم أو خططكم للترقية.

To enjoy using the Qalam app, please follow the terms and conditions below:
✓ It is our prerogative to exclude users on behalf of companies or individuals because of a lawsuit or trademark over those usernames. Accounts that use business names and/or logos to mislead others are subject to permanent account elimination.
✓ We will respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright infringement.
✓ You are not allowed to use pornographic or extremely violent media, whether it's a profile picture, a header or a background image. Qalamapp can allow some graphical content forms in an article with a sensitive media tag. When content exceeds the limit to become unexplained death images, qalamapp may ask you to remove the content out of respect for the privacy of the deceased.
✓ You are not allowed to use our service for any illegal purposes or to promote any illegal activities. Users worldwide agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
✓ Any user is prohibited from abusing or using documentation marks, promotion and all that is limited to qalamapp unless it is officially submitted. Accounts that use these as part of profile photos, page headers, background images, or in any form that includes a fake link to qalamapp may be stopped.
✓ It is forbidden to spread violent threats or promote violence, including the threat or promotion of terrorism.
✓ No incitement or involvement in the abuse or harassment of others.
✓ It is forbidden to promote, direct attack or target violence against other persons on the basis of race, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender, sexual identity, religious affiliation, age, disability or illness. We also do not allow accounts whose primary purpose is to incite abuse towards others on the basis of the categories mentioned.
✓ It is forbidden to create multiple accounts with overlapping uses or to evade permanent or temporary suspension of a separate account.
✓ You are not allowed to post or send confidential information and private information to other people, such as credit card numbers, street address, social security/ID numbers without explicit permission and authorization. In addition, video footage or images of intimacy may not be disseminated or distributed without the consent of their authors.
✓ It is forbidden to impersonate others through qalamapp in a manner that deludes others, or their turnness, deceiving them, or in a way that means that.
✓ In case you find someone to think about suicide or hurting himself on qalamapp. When we receive communications that there is a person who threatens to kill himself or to hurt himself, a number of steps will be taken to help him, such as access to this person and expression of our fears and other users on qalamapp or providing resources as information points for mental Health Partners.
✓ It is forbidden to get involved in the impersonation of a user name. The inactive accounts may also be removed if for more than six months there was no activity.
✓ It is forbidden to sale or purchase qalamapp user names.
✓ it is forbidden to publish content or in a purpose to offence users’ account or his computer or disruption, or to expose the privacy of the person.
✓ It forbidden to use qalamapp with a view to sending disturbing messages to anyone. What is considered as "disturbing messages” may change because we continue to deal with new ways and methods of intruders.
Subscriptions Terms and condition
Subscriptions and upgrade plans are non-cancelable and non-returnable. You may change your auto-renewal preferences in your Qalam Account, but no refunds will be paid on any remaining subscription or upgrade plan period.
Subscription and upgrade plan pricing is subject to change. New pricing takes effect upon renewal of your subscription or upgrade plan.
